    Blue Zees purchases a 14 unit apartment building with ample on-site parking located in the Historic Columbia Waterfront district of Brooklyn and completely renovates and modernizes building adding square footage to both PH units. Building is then converted to condominium units. Completed units are now offered for sale.

    Developer for the 138 Reade St., LLC, which purchased two one-story buildings and demolished them to create a new eight-story, 24,000 square foot, six unit luxury residential and commercial condominium loft building.

    Mezzanine Lender and Owner’s Representative for 123 Third Partners, LLC, which is developing a new eighteen-story, 60,000 square foot mixed use building which will contain 47 luxury residential condominiums and one commercial condominium.
